If you’re a Christian CEO or business owner with more than $1,000,000 in annual revenue and five or more employees, then perhaps participation in a 10x Catalyst CEO Group is for you. 10x CEO Groups are monthly, full-day confidential peer advisory boards comprised of about a dozen non-competing CEOs and business owners who are seeking exponential progress in their business and faith.

- A tightly focused custom curriculum based on best practices in business and ministry designed specifically for CEOs. Each month the integrated curriculum encompasses:
- a short Reflection on God's Word that's relevant to the remainder of the morning,
- a robust Business Mastery segment addressing one specific, practical issue related to growing a thriving business, and
- a Ministry Application segment linked to the Reflection and Business Mastery topics.
- Lunch is Provided. A relaxed time for casual conversation and relationship building.
- A Table Topics time for rigorous group processing of individual opportunities, issues, challenges and questions. It’s a valuable opportunity to get your “questions answered” and your “answers questioned.”
- An annual strategic planning opportunity to present your business to the group and get group feedback and input on the issues, opportunities and challenges you face in the year ahead.
- A time of strategic prayer hearing God’s revelation of the goals He desires you to go after in the month ahead.
- Selection of a new Peer Partner for the month ahead. Peer Partners provide strategic prayer support, accountability, encouragement, shared best practices and peer coaching for one another.
- A monthly coaching and consulting session with your 10x Chairman to help you grow spiritually, build your business and increase the effectiveness of your marketplace ministry.
I am extremely grateful Michael Sipe invited me to 10x Catalyst Groups. We had met a couple of times to talk about 10x and I always had an excuse that I was too busy or too distracted. There was a time I even told him I was doing fine and didn’t need what 10x had to offer. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
