PRO Groups
If you’re a Christian entrepreneur with less than $1,000,000 in annual revenue and less than five employees on your support team, then perhaps participation in a 10x Catalyst PRO Group is for you. 10x PRO Groups are monthly, half-day confidential peer advisory boards comprised of about ten non-competing small, entrepreneurial business owners who are seeking exponential progress in their business and faith.
Candidates for membership include start-up founders, entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, individual producers in real estate and finance, coaches, development directors for Christian non-profits and professional practitioners like CPAs, attorneys, entrepreneurial pastors of small churches, health/wellness professionals, etc.
Each meeting is facilitated by your 10x Chairman, who’s an experienced entrepreneur, coach and business consultant. The monthly meetings span four dynamic hours filled with friendship, laughter, learning, revelation and breakthrough. Each meeting includes:

- A tightly focused custom curriculum based on best practices in business and ministry designed specifically for entrepreneurs and individual producers. Each month the integrated curriculum encompasses:
- a short Reflection on God's Word that's relevant to the remainder of the morning,
- a robust Business Mastery segment addressing one specific, practical issue related to growing a thriving business, and
- a Ministry Application segment linked to the Reflection and Business Mastery topics.
- A Table Topics time for rigorous group processing of individual opportunities, issues, challenges and questions. It’s a valuable opportunity to get your “questions answered” and your “answers questioned.”
- An annual strategic planning opportunity to present your business to the group and get group feedback and input on the issues, opportunities and challenges you face in the year ahead.
- A time of strategic prayer hearing God’s revelation of the goals He desires you to go after in the month ahead.
- Selection of a new Peer Partner for the month ahead. Peer Partners provide strategic prayer support, accountability, encouragement, shared best practices and peer coaching for one another.

10x PRO Groups arose out of the experiences of Michael Sipe in his role as the Chairman of 10x CEO Groups. 10x CEO Groups are a full day monthly peer advisory board program for CEOs of companies with five or more employees and usually over $1,000,000 in revenue. The CEO program includes a monthly individual coaching session for each member with the Group Chairman. While the curriculum and discussions around a CEO table are vibrant and Interesting, they’re not always immediately relevant for small, entrepreneurial operators.
However, small businesses and the entrepreneurs that run them are a vital part of the economic, cultural and spiritual fabric of Central Oregon. The opportunity for Kingdom expansion through the resources, energy, connections, innovation, influence and passion of entrepreneurs is obvious. However, until now there has not existed a community of peers in which Christian entrepreneurs and small business owners could collaborate and thrive. Now, with 10x Catalyst PRO Groups, there is.
